What is Paint the Diamond Pink?
Paint the Diamond Pink (PTDP) is an all-woman charity softball tournament. Players of all skill levels are invited to sign up, be randomly placed on a team (new friends!), try out new positions, and have a blast playing for charity.
Who can play?
Any female identifying person. All skill levels welcome
When are sign ups?
Sign ups will open August 12th and can be found on EventBrite.
Where is the event taking place?
Our 2019 event will take place at Queens Bridge Park, Long Island City, Queens
How much does it cost?
$20 per player. Perks include three games, a swag bag, and shirt!
Where is the fundraising going?
All funds raised will go to Breast Treatment Task Force (BTTF) a 50a 501(c)(3) non profit organization. BTTF provides screening, diagnostic follow up, and treatment to breast cancer patients without insurance.
Is fundraising required?
Fundraising is strongly encouraged, but optional. There are prizes for the teams and players who raise the most!
Can I sign up alone?
Yes, and you should! All the teams are made up of awesome women and potential new friends.
Can I sign up with a friend?
Yes! We will attempt to keep you with your friend if you let us know, but no guarantees. Half the fun is meeting your new teammates!
Is PTDP associated with a local league?
Because our players come from many different leagues in NYC and we’re always seeking to expand, we choose to not be associated with any one league. However, we are happy to promote your women’s league on social media – we know our players are always looking for more female forward opportunities – and we trust that you will do the same in return!

I don’t play softball but I want to be involved. What can I do?
We are always in need of volunteers to help make PTDP the best it can be! Reach out and we will keep you up to date on any and all opportunities to contribute as they arise.
